哈囉～小朋友們！我是小艾姊姊！今天要來解開一個「害羞的小祕密」——為什麼我們害羞的時候會臉紅呢？

當你被大家盯著看、上台表演緊張，或是被誇獎的時候呀，身體裡有個「害羞小精靈」，叫做腎上腺素，就會醒過來！「哎呀！好緊張啊 好想跑走去躲起來啊！」它會偷偷按下一個開關，讓你的心跳「撲通撲通」加速，血液像小河流一樣「咻～」地衝到全身，準備跑走！臉頰的皮膚很薄很薄，紅紅的血液顏色透出來，就變成兩顆小蘋果啦～

偷偷告訴你：臉紅代表你很真誠！連科學家都說這是「最可愛的表情」唷～ 下次看到別人臉紅，記得給他一個大大的微笑吧！
