Due to the pandemic, economics, or reasons we can't even start to suspect, you may have noticed that there are not a lot of Halloween decorations this year. We drove around multiple neighbourhoods the past few weeks and even went to the Halloween destination, Trinity Street, only to find scattered Halloween-decorated houses throughout the city.
