哈囉～小朋友們！我是小艾姊姊！今天要解答一個「魔法問題」——為什麼我們小朋友要睡這麼～～久呢？ 偷偷告訴你喔～當你閉上眼睛睡覺時，身體裡的小精靈就開始工作啦！他們會用「長高魔法」讓你啵啵啵長得越來越高，還會用「修修魔法」修補白天跑跳，撞到的小傷口！而且呀～睡覺時大腦會把今天學的ABC、汽車的名字通通存進記憶寶箱，要是睡不夠… 第二天小腦袋就會像沒電的機器人一樣卡卡噠！所以乖乖睡覺，就是在幫自己充電升級喔～今晚試試看吧！
