哈囉~小朋友們!我是小艾姊姊!你有沒有發現粽子裡的蛋黃,特別的鹹鹹香香的呢?其實這個蛋黃是「鹽魔法師」特訓過的超級英雄!偷偷告訴你~鴨蛋寶寶要泡在「鹽水游泳池」整整20天!讓鹽精靈鑽進蛋黃裡,把油油香香的魔法「吱——」地擠出來~最後蛋黃變得像夕陽一樣紅通通,還能自己冒香香油泡泡!而且顏色也會變成漂亮的橘黃色呢!但為什麼要這麼鹹呢?因為鹹蛋黃跟糯米一起吃特別配,就像薯條要沾番茄醬一樣,這樣搭配起來才會更好吃喔!小朋友們最喜歡吃鹹蛋黃粽子嗎?
