哈囉~小朋友們!我是小艾姊姊!你們知道為什麼不能吃太多粽子嗎?因為粽子是用糯米做的,它們跳進肚子後會緊緊抱成一團,讓肚子裡的消化小工人累得滿頭汗!如果一次來太多…工人會罷工喊:「我們搬不動啦!」黏黏的糯米會在我們的小肚子裡變得好~重~好~重~就像裝了一顆大石頭一樣!而且粽子裡面的肥肉和蛋黃,吃太多會讓小肚肚不舒服,可能會像氣球一樣脹起來呢!所以啊~每次吃半顆粽子就夠囉,要搭配青菜一起吃,這樣我們的小肚子才會開開心心的!小朋友們可以跟爸媽約定:一天只能吃半個粽子喔
