哈囉～小朋友們！我是小艾姊姊！今天我們來解開一個「咕嚕咕嚕」的小秘密：**為什麼熱水煮開了會冒泡泡呢？**

想像一下，水裡面住著好多好多小小的「水寶寶」！平常它們手牽手，乖乖地待在一起。但當我們用火加熱鍋子的時候——哇！水寶寶們就開始興奮地「跳舞」啦！ 它們跳得越來越快、越來越熱，最後熱到忍不住「噗！」一聲，跳起來! 變成輕飄飄的「水蒸氣」！

這些調皮的水蒸氣想飛到空氣中玩～可是上面還有很多的水抱緊緊的！於是它們就「嘿咻！」用力擠在一起，變成泡泡——**跳的好高好高!**衝出來啦！這就是水滾了會「啵啵啵」冒泡的原因喔！下次看到媽媽煮水的時候，可以觀察看看喔，可是記得哦，熱水很燙，火爐打開的時候要站遠遠的，注意安全喔！
